Travel Grant
LUPUS 2023KCR 2023
LUPUS & KCR 2023 offers Travel Grant to eligible international applicants who present an abstract. You may apply for the Travel Grant when you submit an abstract.
Eligibility Benefits
- Scientists or Medical Doctors
- Who is not Korean and does not currently reside in Korea
- Abstract presenter		 - Cash Prize: USD 1,000
- 2 nights accommodation during the congress
- Complimentary registration

Please be noted that the Travel Grant will be awarded only once per presenter, regardless of the number of accepted abstracts.

If a presenter does not present the abstract or upload the presentation(e-poster) files, the Travel Grant will be canceled.

A valid form of ID, such as a passport or driver license, must be presented upon claiming the grant at the congress.

In the case of LUPUS & KCR 2023 being virtual for all international presenters, the Travel Grant will be USD 500, all equally applied.

Best Oral Presentation & Best Poster Awards
LUPUS 2023
The Best Oral & Poster Presentation will be nominated upon evaluations by the LUPUS Scientific Committee. The main criteria are the scientific quality and originality of the research, plus the quality of the presentation.

The applicant of the Best Oral Presentation Awards should be a presenter of the accepted abstract.

The winners will be presented during the Award & Closing session. Awardees will receive a prize after the congress.
