  • Prof. Sandra Navarra is head of Rheumatology at University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Manila, Philippines. She is a steering committee member of Lupus Academy, executive board member of Asia-Pacific Lupus Collaboration, and founding member of Asian Lupus Nephritis Network. In addition to clinical practice, teaching, and numerous health advocacies, Prof. Navarra is an experienced clinical trials investigator and has published widely in the field of lupus, spondylo-arthropathies and other rheumatic diseases. She is a well-known lecturer in a broad range of topics in rheumatology and recipient of several university, national and regional awards including the Philippine College of Physicians Most Distinguished Physician award and the Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology (APLAR) Master award.
