  • Dr Chi-Chiu Mok is the Chief of the Division of Rheumatology, Department of Medicine, Tuen Mun Hospital, Hong Kong (HK). He is a consultant rheumatologist and adjunct professor at the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of HK. In addition, Dr Mok is the convener of the rheumatology service development group at the Hospital Authority, HK, and had served the rheumatology/immunology accreditation board of the HK College of Physicians.
    The research interest of Dr. Mok is systemic lupus erythematosus and glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis. He is the first author of over 200 papers published in various journals, including Lancet Rheumatology, Nature Review Rheumatology, Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases and Arthritis & Rheumatology. Dr. Mok is the senior associate editor of the Internal Journal of Rheumatic Disease and associate editor of Frontiers in Immunology, Frontiers in Lupus, Therapeutic advances in Musculoskeletal Diseases and BMC Nephrology.
    Dr Mok is a Past President of the HK Society of Rheumatology and the founding editor of its official publication, Journal of Clinical Rheumatology and Immunology.
